Mary Meader, daughter of Samuel Meader (1765-1843) [0130] and Molly Downs ( - ), was born about 1800, probably in the Ryegate, VT area. January 8, 1822 in Barre, VT she married Granville Clifford Carleton, born in Windham, VT November 19, 1793 the son of Oliver Carleton and Mary Farnum of Windham. They lived and she died in Amesbury, MA.
