0019. John Meader (1715 – p.1759)

John Meader, son of Nicholas Meader (c.1683-1767) [0007] and Lydia (  –  ), was born in Durham, NH October 8, 1715. He moved when quite a young man from New Durham to Durham, where he settled and died. Since he is mentioned in his father’s will, probated in 1767, he was probably alive in that year.

He married:
1)     Widow Morse, who died about 1758.
The children of John Meader and the widow Morse were:
1326 i. Thomas Meader, who died in 1778.
0048 ii. Stephen Meader, who was born in 1758 and died in 1819.
2)     Sarah, who died in 1759.
