0151. William W. Meader (1820 - 1889)
William Worth Meader, son of Lemuel Meader (1771-1839) [0056] and Mary Kimball (1779-1845), was born in Rochester, NH April 22, 1820 and died June 20, 1889.
He married:
1) Lavinia Trickey in 1845. She was born in 1814 at Brookfleld, Carroll, NH, the daughter of William Trickey and Lois Meader [0055]. Lois was Lemuel Meader's sister. William W. and Lavinia Meader were first cousins. She died November 13, 1872 in Illinois, perhaps in Pawnee, Sangamon, where her sister Miriam lived married to Timothy [0146], William W. Meader's brother. Her remains were brought to Rochester for burial.
The children of William Meader and Lavina Trickey were:
i. John Henry Meader, born April 26, 1846 and died July 26, 1851.
ii. Charles Wesley Meader, born January 9, 1849 and died August 9, 1853.
0280 iii. Edward F. Meader, born June 19, 1851.
iv. Arabella Meader, born in 1853 and died November 15, 1854.
2) Martha Allen in 1873. She lived finally in Dover, NH, a helpless paralytic.
