Richard Lemar Meader was born on 10 April 1916 in Rapid City, Pennington, South Dakota, USA. He died on 11 March 1992 in Orange, California. He is the son of Valentine Meader (1879 - 1951) [1169] and Vida Velma Crooker (1880-1918). He was a Navy veteran from WWII. From his marriage to Yvonne Evelyn Casciato he had two children: Richard Joseph Meader (b.1945) - Born in Portland, Oregon. Lives in Claremore, OK (as of 2021).
