0324. Augustus Hallowell Meader (1846 - 1900)
Augustus Hallowell Meader, son of Ezekiel Elliott Meader (1814-1896) [0185] and Lydia Felker (1815-1906), was born January 3, 1846 in Milan, Ripley, IN and died December 17, 1900. October 31, 1867 he married Abbie Lucille Lamb, born July 7, 1846 and died in 1928. However, according to the 1900 Census she was born in July, 1847 in New York and they were then living in Fillmore County, MN, City of Mabel. They were buried in the Lutheran Norwegian Cemetery in Hesper, IA. When he came of age, his father gave him the same land and materials as his brothers.
