Phebe Ann Meader, daughter of George F. Meader (1783-1868) [0098] and Charlotte Bromley (b.1784), was born in Easton, NY April 3, 1811 and died at Greenwich, Washington, NY, November 9, 1869. She married Issacher H. Brown about 1841. He was born February 29, 1812 in Hanover, NH. and died November 9, 1866 in Greenwich.
Bible records show Phebe Ann Meader was born April 9, 1810. This may be an earlier child who died young. According to Troy City directories, Phebe Ann Meader had a millinery shop there from 1838 to 1841, probably with her sister Charlotte, who continued with the shop until 1843.
