Nason Meader, son of John Meador (1713-1797) [0012] and Hannah Stewart (1736-1798), was born on Nantucket in 1752. On May 29, 1767 he married Phebe Cartwright, daughter of Samuel Cartwright and Ann Swain. He was lost at sea, apparently before 1790 since he is not listed in the Census of that year.
